Smoke House Deli Saket Review
To shop and chill has become the standard of the shopping life on the weekends. And when it comes to shopping DLF Saket is the hub; the best part are its restaurants with the shops alongside. One can enjoy the leisure of food and the pleasure of shopping simultaneously. Smokehouse Deli brings you the fun of food and the eye candy view of its interiors.
The pastel theme with white base gives the place the touch of French style & we believe they have worked with one of the finest interior designers in India to make the place look like out of the box. The white pillars and the doll house design of the railing with an arch in the middle on the outside seating area is an inviting structure. The restaurant is divided into two sections. One is the outside seating area and the other is the inside seating area divided by a broken glass pattern of French windows.
The doll like pastel decor makes you comfortable easily, and brings the homely atmosphere of the 50’s Floral French fashion. The whitewash with the floral design; with pink and green as its main colors give the intended effect of a tete-a-tete of the 50’s. The furniture matching the color of the walls; white seats with netted back and a soft floral patterned cushion attached to it, the sofas attached to the wall with pink pastel covers and different homemade cushions decorated over it; the whole seating done in such a manner that it goes with the deli theme.
The interior inside is dexterously designed with black symbols, graphic art and figures boxed with black borders or engraved frames on a white base wall. One could find different types of drawings here; from tea cups to clocks, from drawn bars to globes; they all line up in a manner that the wall seems like a shelf with draws and sections for keeping objects. On the left side of the entrance is an actual small shelf of books; with books and other small stuff on it. Each table has floral themed sheet and seat/sofa cover. There were cloth lamps over the tables; which brightened the place and gave it the 50’s look.
The outdoors of the restaurant is an open space with the wall windows of the shops in sight. It is an open area to chill and to still be the part of the shopping site. You, automatically become a spectator of the lively mall. The whole area bounded with a wooden railing with white patterned parapet almost giving a terrace-like look. The seats and sofa nicely and spaciously arranged outside without disturbing the walk of the mall or the dining of the restaurant.
In conclusion; Smokehouse Deli has made one of the best vintage styled themes the life of their restaurant. With the Parisian French like atmosphere you would find this place extremely delightful and worth visiting.
